Founded in 2014, FD&D was created to provide end-to-end residential solutions in East Texas. With over 20 years of experience in architecture and construction, we've designed and built homes, completed successful flips, developed rental properties, and converted one into a thriving Airbnb. Our approach is straightforward: listen to clients, create clear plans, and stay hands-on from initial concept through completion. We're committed to strengthening the Tyler community one well-built project at a time.

With over 20 years of hands-on experience in architecture and construction, Emanuel leads every project from initial concept through completion. His background includes designing and building custom homes, managing renovations and flips, and developing rental properties - all with a focus on reliability, transparency, and results that fit East Texas lifestyles.
Emanuel holds a Bachelors of Architecture and a minor in Construction Management from the University of Houston. He's passionate about creating spaces that work beautifully for families and investors in Tyler, where he's proud to call home.
